Job Description
SOSafe Solutions is hiring an experienced and highly motivated Automation Engineer (SDET) to join our quality engineering team. This role involves building robust test automation frameworks and driving quality engineering efforts for scalable software products.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks
- Write and execute automated test cases for web, mobile, and API platforms
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA teams to define test strategies
- Identify, record, and track bugs and verify fixes through regression testing
- Ensure high-quality product releases through continuous integration and automated pipelines
- Contribute to performance and load testing initiatives
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in test automation (SDET role)
- Proficiency in automation tools such as Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, or similar
- Strong knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript)
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.)
- Solid understanding of REST API testing using tools like Postman or REST-assured
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
- Strong communication skills and fluent English (written and verbal)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
